Individual Depth Interviews

One-on-one interviews are ideal for instances when it is critical to drill deep on a topic or to obtain feedback not influenced by the opinions of others.  MSW●ARS Research experience includes:

  • Communications research – particularly for 'close to finished' creative
  • Sensitive topics – health, personal care, social issues
  • Lifestyle research – ethnographic/observational
  • B2B/Professionals
    • Busy and hard to reach participants can make B2B groups difficult to recruit;
      in-depths are often conducted at the participant’s workplace, or via webcam or
    • Professionals are often hesitant to talk candidly in a group setting due to confidentiality and competitive concerns, so individual interviews are ideal
  • Complex or process oriented issues – often technology and health related
